“Snack Time” – Solving the Base Stealing Egg Task
“Snack Time” is one of the Easter Egg Mystery tasks that seems confusing at first. What do snacks have to do with baseball? Turns out, this is a playful way of referring to stealing a base, specifically in Ranked Smlb 25 stubseasons mode.
Here’s how to knock it out quickly:
Use Speed Demons: Players like Ronald Acuña Jr., Bobby Witt Jr., or Trea Turner make this mission easier with 90+ speed ratings.
Get on Base First: Whether it’s a hit or a walk, you’ll need to reach base safely. Then, press L2 (hold) to steal once you’re ready. Timing is everything.
Time the Pitcher’s Delivery: Watch the pitcher for a pattern. If they’re slow to the plate or have a predictable windup, that’s your green light.
Run Smart, Not Fast: You don’t need to steal second in a blowout game. Just one base is enough—even stealing third works.
This task only needs one successful steal in the Ranked format. Once you do it, you’ll get a pop-up in the top-right or see it after your game ends. That “Snack Time” egg will crack open and give you progress in the Egg Hunt path.
