Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your business. Please note new clients are most likely to put a deposit upon booking an appointment. Security deposit is 100% refundable or saved as credit for your next session. Cancel within 24 hours prior to your appointment and call in or send a Text message to 818-331-1343. Your deposit will be save as credit for your next session. To get a refund for your deposit, your cancelation must be received at least 42 hours prior to your appointment time. If there is a no show your deposit will pay for the time reserved and you will not be refunded. This Policy is final and non negotiable.
